Measurements
All custom garments are made to the measurements provided by the client at the time of order. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure these measurements are accurate.
If you are unsure how to take your measurements, we strongly recommend scheduling a professional fitting in studio/by video (free) or visiting the How to Measure Yourself page.
Garments created with incorrect customer-provided measurements are not eligible for free remakes or refunds.
If a remake is required due to inaccurate measurements provided by the client, a remake fee will apply to cover materials and labor.
As a courtesy, we may offer a discounted remake rate depending on the circumstances.

How to Order
Choose the type of piece (or pieces) you wish to purchase as a custom. The limit is only the amount of spaces that are available.
Fill out the form in its entirety. You must provide measurements or your custom will not be accepted.
Within 48 hours, you will receive an email with current fabrics available. They will be organized with what is currently available in-studio or what will need to be ordered.

What is the Creation Time and how will I be notified?
Currently, the turn around time for customs is 7-8 weeks.
You will receive a first email to confirm measurements, sizing, and fabrics.
A second email will be sent when the custom is started.
A third email is sent at or near completion to confirm how the piece is to be delivered (pickup or mailed).
A final email is sent upon pickup or when mailed.
