Custom orders open in two ways.

1. During slow months, they are opened online at the same time as the retail drops. There will be 5 spaces and once they are gone, that’s it.

2. During busy months when we are live at events, we will open a small number during those events. You must be there in person to claim these.

After purchase, you are sent a form.

1. This form will be sent within 72 hours of purchase.

2. You will provide a variety of measurements, pick your fabrics, and give any additional customization information.

3. You will be given one week to fill this out unless otherwise discussed. We reach out during this time. If no reply is given, you forfeit your custom spot and you will be refunded 50% of the purchase. The remaining is kept as a deposit.

Current turn around time for custom orders is 7-8 weeks.

Custom Measurement Policy

All custom garments are made to the measurements provided by the client at the time of order. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure these measurements are accurate.

• If you are unsure how to take your measurements, we strongly recommend scheduling a professional fitting in studio or visiting the How to Measure Yourself page.

• Garments created with incorrect customer-provided measurements are not eligible for free remakes or refunds.

• If a remake is required due to inaccurate measurements provided by the client, a remake fee will apply to cover materials and labor.

• As a courtesy, we may offer a discounted remake rate depending on the circumstances.
