Custom orders are only available at events.

• We will open a small number during those events. First come, first claimed.

• You must be there in person to claim these.

• We only open at events due to needing precise measurements and wanting to discuss all options in person.

After purchase:

• Current turn around time for custom orders is 7-8 weeks. This can be longer if fabric order is needed.

• You will be informed of the item’s completion and tracking for shipping.

Custom Measurement Policy

All custom garments are made to the measurements provided by the client at the time of order. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure these measurements are accurate.

• If you are unsure how to take your measurements, we strongly recommend scheduling a professional fitting in studio or visiting the How to Measure Yourself page.

• Garments created with incorrect customer-provided measurements are not eligible for free remakes or refunds.

• If a remake is required due to inaccurate measurements provided by the client, a remake fee will apply to cover materials and labor.

• As a courtesy, we may offer a discounted remake rate depending on the circumstances.
